Senergy's Intermediate-6 Reinforcing Mesh is engineered to enhance the structural integrity of the system by providing robust reinforcement that mitigates cracking and other damage caused by external forces. It is embedded within the base coat, offering a strong and flexible layer that adapts to the movements and stresses of the building envelope. With a balance between weight and strength, Intermediate-6 is particularly suitable for areas that require moderate impact resistance, such as around windows, doors, and other openings.
- Provides excellent tensile strength, enhancing the durability and impact resistance of the EIFS
- Designed to withstand the alkaline environment of the cementitious base coat, ensuring long-term performance without degradation
- Lightweight and easy to handle, allowing for straightforward installation and flexibility in accommodating various surface contours
- Helps prevent cracking in the EIFS by distributing stress across the surface, maintaining the integrity and appearance of the facade
- Contributes to the overall moisture management system of EIFS, helping to prevent water infiltration and ensuring the insulation remains effective
