With its versatile formulation, it excels as both a basecoat and an adhesive, ensuring secure bonding on various surfaces. Its also able to adhere effectively on damp substrates, making it ideal for interior and exterior applications alike.

• Can be used as a leveler and filler for masonry, concrete, and stucco surfaces
• EPS adhesive for exterior grade gypsum sheathing, glass mat gypsum sheathing, masonry, concrete and cement board, EPS, and more
• 50% Acrylic paste to 50% cement ratio
• Can be used as a basecoat for Parex Nu-Tech Stucco and other architectural coatings and finishes
• Coverage: As an adhesive: 220 to 190 sq. ft. / As a basecoat: 98 to 210 sq. ft.
