18 in. x 75 ft. SubSeal-40 40 mil. Waterproof Membrane | MFM-51318

SubSeal40 has a broad temperature range allowing installation in cold weather and can adhere to most clean, dry surfaces including metal, wood vinyl, masonry, ICF foundations, Gold Bond, and rigid insulation boards. It's also easy to cut and shape with the use of standard scissors or a sharp knife. For the best adhesion, SubSeal can be applied by rolling the entire surface with a hand roller while focusing attention, particularly on seams. This particular membrane must be covered within 90 days of application.

• High strength, high elongation, and flexibility that help the membrane to contract and expand with the surface of the building
• Outer film surface is compatible with most construction sealants
• Ideal for below grade foundations and structures and specially formulated for extreme moisture protection
• Protects ICF foundations and insulation boards from damage during backfill
• Self-seals around fasteners including nails, staples, and screws
